30 Day Ramadan Challenge 2025

I had a discussion with my flatmates

I wanted to make Buldak ramen which is halal and is chicken flavoured.

I said if we muslim were allowed to fast like Hindus, then we would've fasted for the whole year (they eat certain food and drink in between their fast, today was something related to shiv, the male god)

They said :-

1. Our "gods" are kind-hearted and doesn't want their followers to die and be in pain.

2. Don't make this non-veg noodles as it is against our belief because today we only eat veg.

Then I said "so you both are telling that Allah is not kind-hearted"? 😂

And I'm making ramen in my pan, how can your food be contaminated via air?

Then they said:-

"We are strict in terms of fasting like you guys are with cleanliness so please go eat something else. And you all eat like demons during iftar, dinner and suhoor so how is it fasting?"
