As Muslims, we believe that the Torah, Zabur, and Injeel are divine books sent by Allah to His prophets.
But did you know that these books were never the exact Words of Allah—even before any changes were made to them? 🤯
When Allah sent revelations to previous prophets, He sent the essence of the message, not the exact words. Jibreel (عليه السلام) then conveyed this message in his own words to the prophets, and the prophets, in turn, conveyed it to their people in their own words.
This means that these books, in their original form, were divine messages but not the literal words of Allah.
The Qur’an, however, is different. Every word of the Qur’an was revealed exactly as Allah said it. Jibreel (عليه السلام) delivered it word for word, and the Prophet ﷺ conveyed it exactly as he received it.
This is why only the Qur’an is the literal Word of Allah. And as for its preservation? That is because Allah Himself promised to protect it.
This seems strange. Could you please tell us what your source is?
